What happens after you apply
Most staffing partners follow a simple script: receive CV, send CV, hope for the best. We work differently.
From the moment you apply, you are guided by a dedicated recruiter who stays with you throughout the entire process, and a field manager who takes over once you’re on assignment.
Here is what that looks like in practice.

You apply or get in touch
You apply to one of our open opportunities or send us your profile for a general introduction. We aim to get back to you within one business day.

We have a real conversation
One of our recruiters calls you to discuss your expertise, rate expectations and what you’re looking for. We give you an honest read of the market straight away, including if the timing or fit isn’t right.

We introduce you to the right client
If we see a strong match, your profile is introduced by one of our account managers: people with long-term, personal relationships with the organisations we work with. Not a CV drop. A prepared, contextual introduction.

We guide you through the client process
Your recruiter and account manager stay involved throughout. You know what to expect, who you’re meeting and what the client is actually looking for. No surprises.

You start. We stay close.
Once your assignment begins, our Field Manager Kristof Galère becomes your main point of contact. He monitors project timelines, thinks through what comes next, and supports rate negotiations when the time comes.

We plan ahead together
Well before an assignment ends, Kristof connects with you to explore what’s next. You should never feel like you’re starting from scratch.
What we believe

We work on a project-by-project basis contractually. But our commitment to you does not reset between contracts. We aim for a triple win: a good outcome for the client, a strong position for you, and a relationship built on trust for Brainbridge.
